Policy Bazaar — Refund not processed Policy No[protected]

My policies stand rejected or cancelled and I am not interested to continue. My account is very clear that has been stated in my earlier mails:

28 February 2026 paid by Google Pay Rs. 9, 953.oo
Received refund in bank account Rs. 9, 953.oo (Rs. 4, 479.96 0n 10th March 26 and Rs. 5, 473.04 on 25th March 2026)
Sub Total 0.00
06 March 2026 Paid by Credit card Rs. 100.oo
06 March 2026 Paid by Credit Card Rs. 114, 151.oo
SUB TOTAL Rs. 114, 251.oo (Mutually agreed upon premium on two policies)
12 March 2026 Credit from Policy Bazar Rs. 48, 456.49 (This amount was credited to my credit card that was used for payment)
Net Refund due Rs. 65, 794.51

Please credit the above amount to the same credit card that was used to effect the payment, as you made a partial refund earlier as above.
You are forcing me to filer complaint with IRDAI. Please take fast action and callme on [protected]
