Policy Bazaar — refund pending for more than 50 days now | |||
I tried to renew my policy effective 1.11.2019 with Bajaj Allianz through Policy Bazaar and made a payment of Rs.11, 717 on 20.9.2019 (Please see attached screen shot which states the amount and rejection by Bajaz Allianz and also the payment references). Till date I have not received the refund despite several follow ups. I have made multiple follow ups with Bajaj Allianz as well as Policy Bazaar with no improvement in status quo.
