Policy Bazaar — regarding non receipt of renewal policy document in spite of waiting for 13 days | |||
Sir/madam, I am yet to receive my policy document of star health (Optima policy) which i renewed through you on 25th september. Previous policy number p/161130/01/2019/023385. I have received several false commitment of getting my policy document ranging from 5 working days to within hour. When ever i contacted on policy bazar helpline number they said it will get resolved with hours or day. I called 28 time and discussed the issue which still not resolved. Ms geetha joshi who assured me on 8th i will get it by 10 evening. 7pm which did not happened. Today again after calling 3times she said at 2.30 pm i will be getting my policy in an hours time or else i proceed with my complaint and she will take responsibility of the same. Kindly ask policy bazaar executive to give false commitment further also take action against such act in future. Please resolve my pending issue urgently.
