Policy Bazaar — regarding request to cancel term insurance policy 22100046 | |||
Hi, I bought this hdfc term insurance through policy bazaar and the policy was issued to me on[protected]. The associate who sold the policy to me informed me that there is one month of lock in period for this policy, during which if i do not like the policy i can request tem to cancel the policy. I have had very very bad customer experience with hdfc in the present month and i do not wish to have any relationship with hdfc bank. Hence i reached out to policy bazaar asking them to cancel my policy number 22100046, first i was asked to send an email to [protected]@policybazaar.com which i did 5 days ago but i'm yet to receive a response from them even after sending numerous reminders. I tried reaching out to them on their post sales customer support number but it looks like they have blocked my number, the call just gets disconnected while connecting to a representative.
