[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — soft copy of the policy not received | |
Application no - pb2267pg[protected] Booking id[protected] Booking date - 01-apr-2020 I have purchase a car insurance policy (United india) through policy bazzar, on 01 april 2020 and the payment was also successful. Still i have not received the soft copy of the policy yet, its almost 2 days, every time when i contacted policy bazzar i was told i will get the policy by evening. My previous policy was suppose to expire on 01 april 2020, so i had made the payment to purchase the new policy within the time frame (Before the previous policy gets expire). I have provided all the required documents and details required by them, and there is nothing pending from my side as confirmed by policy bazzar. When i contacted policy bazzar that in case they are not able to provide the me soft copy of the policy, (Which is not generated yet as per them) will they refund me the full amount which i had paid, i get the reply that policy bazzar will deduct some amount and then they will refund. My concern is either policy bazzar provide me the soft copy of the policy on urgent basis, as i am driving my car without valid insurance. Or they should refund my money in full without deduction, coz it is there fault that they are not able to generate the policy, and for their default why should i have been charged.
