Policy Bazaar — sum charged but no policy received! | |||
I had paid an amount of rs 1167/- towards renewal of my existing two wheeler policy from policy bazar online portal on 30th sep 2017 for tata aig. Till date i haven't received any policy! Instead i am battling up with their customer care every single day since then. I am immensely disgusted & humiliated by their false commitments on daily basis over mails & phones. More to add, their mails have started bouncing back now. I have observed several other customers complaining about it too. Seriously, do they start blocking people when they can't resolve an issue? I am trying to get refund now. But they don't take request over phone & their mails are bouncing too. Pls guide to reach out to consumer forum. I am renew my bike insurance, my bank account balance detucted but I don't get policy in my mail or in phone number, receipt number and reference number below in attachment
