[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — term insurance fraud by pb | |||
I had taken new term insurance of hdfc life click 2 protect application no[protected] but 1 problem was their as i had chosen policy term of 10 years mistakely & i want it to be 75 years. So i had taken help from policy bazaar instead of hdfc life. They confirmed me that i can't be able to change the policy term so buy the new policy app no[protected] & cancel this policy so that your full refund will also come & your policy term will also fullfil & on that time old policy medicals conducted & i also completed with it. After some days hdfc life called me & said that this is not the correct this which policy bazaar had told you. You can change the policy term. I had also cancel that old policy & refund also came after deduction. I have that call recordings who has confirmed (Rajat samuel) me from the policy bazaar. This guy with his supervisor also don't know that what is the process of the other insurance company, policy bazaar hired them. Pathetic service from the policy bazaar. For that i lost my 1900 rs. Hi, if policyholder have any unresolved issue with respect to your HDFC Life policy. Kindly inform to the customer that write to us at [protected]@hdfclife.com from his / her registered id to have the same look into and addressed.
