Policy Bazaar — Term Insurance Policy | |
The team took the money to generate term insurance policy from the past one month. They have been contacting me for test for which I have given my blood samples every time. Still I am waiting for my policy to get processed. I am contacting them each time to give me an update but every time I have to call them to get an update. Moreover, today the policy got rejected mentioning the reason as high thyroid. I recently got my test done just 5 days back and everything is normal as per the reputed lab results. However, the polocy bazaar team is mentioning it is not the case. Now, I need more clarity if they have a different report for which I have been asking from them. There is no response from their end - neither for my previous blood sample and nor my latest blood sample. If the policy is getting rejected for this reason, atleast they should provide the report and share with the customer proactively rather than cancelling on their own.
