Policy Bazaar — too many calls from policybazaar | |||
Few months back i have visited policy bazar to buy a health insurance policy later i bought policy outsite on my personal interest and told plicy bazar executive that i already bought and please don't call me inspite of multiple requests still i am getting calls from policy bazar executive froom last 2 months and surprisingly i am getting calls from same agent on the same day multiple times and daily i am getting min 2 to 3 times and also i have requested multiple times that i am not interested, and still they keep on asking me that where i took the insurance what is the premium and other details which is completely personal to me. Today at (May 2nd 2019) 6 :16 pm the executive called again and when my brother lifted the call and due to language problem he talked in telugu and the executive asked him which language you are comfort my brother said telugu then the executive saying # he ended the call, Is this the way an customer executive behave with customers, though i have requested multiple times to not to call still i am getting calls and on top of that if we speak in our local languages they say us # i just want to take action on the executive also i don't want any more calls from policy bazar its really irritating for me.
