Policy Bazaar — transaction issue | |
Hi Team, https://www.vantagecircle.com/login Yesterday i have done the transaction on policybazaar.com for my honda activa . I was performing the transaction through your payment gateway and i paid the amount of 1095 and then after 5 secs the screen moved to step 2 again and I didnt get my policy page where I can able to download the ploicy of my Activa. And my amount got deducted that time. Then again I started from step 2 and then I moved to step 3 and paid the same amount and my amount got deducted and I got the policy and downloaded it. But i lost my money for previous transaction and it didn't refunded. Please find the attached screenshot for the transactions with reference number. Can you please do the needful on the sane.
