[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Travel insurance | |||
Hi, I have got a policy on 1st March 2016 through policy bazaar website. A travel policy was taken from Bharti Axa. I called up Bharti AXA for some clarification subsequently and they said there is no such policy in their database. On further following up, they mentioned since the policy is in the next financial year, its not updated in their system and asked me to call up during April. I called during April and they are still not able to see a policy for which I paid for. My travel is starting on 20th April and would like to have a clear view at the earliest. Please note: the money was taken by policy bazaar / Bharti AXA on 1st March itself, but I still dont know if there is a real policy or not.
