By Mistake done 2 wheeler insurance for different vehicle, so requested to cancel the insurance policy, but policy bazaar persons, informed to take another new policy and provide it for cancelling wrong policy. I have done as per their instruction, after submitting new policy, no status update provided on my cancellation request. Very poor service at customer care. Was this information helpful? | |
