Dear Sir, Yesterdsy I renewed my car insurance from Universal Sompo through policy bazar. After renewal I got a call from Mr. Vijay Kumar Chowdhury from Universal Sompo. He promised me to gI've soft copy immediately as my car insurance was tobbe expired on midnight 18th December 2015. But till this time I haven't got any copy or any message from the company even after repeated calls on the given number. Their executives are lingering the matter on one pretext or the other. Kindly look in to the matter.
