This is in reference to my booking with policy bazaar i booked on 1st march 2019.
When i came across pb for the 1st time, i thought it to be a very professional company with high spirited customer service policy. Also, had an impression that it will save me from misleading policy agents who gives false commitments and fabricate facts.
Under this impression i searched through options on pb and the agent (Working with pb) suggested me a hdfc ergo policy (Details below). The idv of the vehicle was clearly mentioned by him to be 4, 50, 000.00 inr and the premium to be 16, 984.00 inr. I agreed to him and paid, that was my biggest mistake and the moment my sufferings started.
I have to upload an inspection video through their app (Which does not work at all). It took me four long sincere attempts to upload the video to them, wasted 4 days in this. At last i started to believe everything is sorted, but not so soon. They called me up 2 days after (When i called them to inquired for my policy). They changed the idv of the vehicle (Without notice) and differed from all the agreed facts of their prior commitments (Written). They are no different than the misleading insurance agents who can do anything for money. This killed my 10 days and most importantly my trust in pb. I won't recommend pb to any of my near ones and will also bring in notice this unprofessional practices of pb to maximum people that i can.
