I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this insurance advisor. While he was prompt and responsive before the payment, his attitude changed entirely once the payment was made.
After that point, he has been completely unresponsive to calls and messages, and has not provided any of the support or follow-up assistance that was expected. This is not just frustrating — it’s a clear failure in basic customer service.
What’s even more concerning is that my birthday is on April 24th, which will make me a year older and potentially increase the premium for the policy we are in the process of finalizing. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the advisor urgently to ensure the policy is issued before this date, but unfortunately, I have received no response.
I feel let down and misled, and it seems the priority was just to close the payment, with no regard for post-sale service or follow-through. This is completely unacceptable.
