I am writing this with immense frustration, anger, and disappointment regarding the extremely unprofessional and negligent behavior I have experienced from your team.
I had canceled my policy well within the prescribed timeline, yet, due to your internal negligence, the policy was never canceled. As a result, I was wrongfully charged by the Axio payment team. I have raised this issue multiple times through Policy bazar customer care channels. However, each time I have had to repeat my concern to a different representative. Despite repeated assurances that I would receive a callback from the concerned department, not once have I been contacted.
This lack of coordination, accountability, and basic customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Your team’s negligence has not only caused me financial stress, but has also negatively impacted my CIBIL score, which could have long-term consequences on my financial credibility.
I demand an immediate resolution to this issue, including:
A full refund of the amount wrongfully charged.
Written confirmation of policy cancellation with effective date.
A formal apology for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
