[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — worst customer service ever | |
I have purchased apollo munich policy (Application number b[protected] through policybazaar.com. And due to their fake prices shown initially which purchasing. I paid total amount and 2 days later they mail me sdue to some reasons you need to pay extra amount. And i immediately canceled the policy and submitted my cancellation cheque soft copy. Even though i have mailed it some many time to policybazaar and apollo munich they kept on saying that they didn’t received any mail. So i physically went to apollo munich branch and submitted hard copy. No they said it will be processed with in a week. And it’s been 2 weeks and i have not received proper commitment from both of them. Still i have not received the refund. Why don’t policy bazaar team don’t do follow up with the customer to know whether customer received the refund or not. You people will call 100 times to sale the new policy but is this the service you people offer. You people promised that you will take care regarding refunds and claims if any thing happen. But zero efforts from you guys. Still i have not received refund. And i faced very bad experience by purchasing policy through policy bazaar. I initially approached to do renewal of old policy but you guys suggested to take apollo munich which is worst in customer service like policy bazaar. My suggestion to people is that don’t be fooled by this policybazaar.com website. Was this information helpful? | |
