We have purchased policy with full payment and not received full amount as refund
Hence before proceeding for insurance policy
we have explained all diseases to the insurance company representative and give all the information about the person
but still you confirm that it will proceed the insurance policy
and that really doesn't matter and ask to process for medical tests and the representative give the particular policy which is cover sugar and bp problem.
After policy purchase and medical tests you have rejected the policy by your end saying that the person
having high sugar and it will not be processed for insurance
And you refund the amount
In the case if any policy rejected by your end you should refund the full amount
So why we bear the amount which you have not return
Please explain why you not able to refund full amount.
