      I was associated with apollo munich health insurance co. as a insurance advisor in 2014 co. blacklist me on irda portal in 2018 saying that there is high claim ratio in your agency. I did nothing wrong with co. still they blacklist me I asked them to give me some time so that I can manage these things but they ignored it.
      Now I want to remoove my name as blacklist from irda portal.
      I shall be highly obliged to you.

          I would like to share my experience with my Health Insurance Company APOLLO MUNICH(now being referred as HDFC ERGO)

          I am of the opinion that Health Insurance shall not be used for small health issues, but it will be helpful at time of critical hospitalization.

          My opinion was proved wrong. I am paying Rs40000 pa towards my family health insurance, but I had not received a single rupee for critical illness which cost me nearly 11LACS. But the insurance company troubled me a lot.
          The apps, Technology of Insurance Company is only a marketing strategy, but could not give the customer a single rupee.

          My wife suffered acute CEREBRAL SINUS VEIN THROMBOSIS, nearly 90% of brain veins are blocked and the doctors of Continental Hospitals graced and by their grace, my wife survived. But please see how the Insurance Company responded in this whole episode.

          For the cashless claim, the hospital and Insurance company corresponded with each other. For a claim amount of Rs160000, Insurance company sanctioned just Rs30000, but please note that Rs160000 of claim amount is all medical expenses and Insurance Company came forward to pay just Rs30000. Before discharge from hospital, for another claim of Rs10lac, Insurance Company sanctioned another Rs30000

          Hospital people submitted all relevant documents and finally they said
          “We had done our best, the Insurance company not responding properly, you have to pay bill by yourself”. In this way, I could not get a single rupee from Insurance Company and have to bear nearly Rs11lac by myself.

          Following are the experiences with respect to my reimbursement claim
          The claim just disappeared from the app
          When asked about reimbursement through gmail “Your concern was registered”, “Your issue was resolved” are the replies but not single paisa.
          When approached their office at Hyderabad”we are now in transit from Apollo Munich to HDFC ERGO, we don’t have module to know your claim status”, “We are not at all concerned with HDFC ERGO”, “staff are leaving the company due to covid”. These are the replies
          God only knows how my reimbursement will be settled. All the original medical reports I submitted are at the mercy of HDFC ERGO.

            My policy no is pe01466644 and my premium was to be autodebited from my bandhan bank account but since it was not auto debited i got a message from vk-hdfchi that appolo munich has requuested payment of xrs.5754 and a link of razor pay but it has been now 3 months my renewal process has not been done.

              On 7/04/2020 i have raised a claim with claim id 1324800/1 as it was regarding dengue and flue and company have rejected this claim with a silly reason that is for illness which has a specific 2 years of waiting time and policy start date is 27 sep 2018.

                Every year we are getting problem with renewal process, we have approached your team
                1. Mr. Lohi[protected]
                2. Mr. Sanjay das[protected]
                3. Mr guru[protected]
                And called the above guys several times (Last 10-15 days) to resolve the issue. We are maintaining sufficient funds in our bank account which was linked to policy and auto renewal option is also enabled from bank side.
                How ever your employees are not at all responding and resolving my problem, and we are approaching consumer form and irde to take action against the team.
                I request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action to get active state for my policies also request you to take an severe action against the above said employee so that other customers may not face the same problem.

                Just received a message from VK-HDFCHI that one policy can not be renewed (out of two) due to grace period expiry, as i have approached to your renewal team well in advance before the expiry that have not took proper action so the fault is from apollo team and we are suffering. So let me know your final statement so that i can escalate the same to IDRE with concern proofs.

                As we have approached your team well before the lapsed date, your have not taken any action. Also I have maintained sufficient balance in our account for renewal.
                so I would like to file a complaint against your team to IRDE. I have all the call recordings that was spoke to apollo team against my case but it was totally neglected from your side. I will provide sufficient details to IRDE against my policy number.
                This is for your information and I totally lost the hope and not at all interested to discuss with you guys.
                I am expecting the same can be resolved through IRDE case.

                  My aunty met with a accident and suffered a fracture, the policy says accidents are covered after 30days of policy bought. Yet her claim was declined giving a reason that the treatment which was done to save her life is not covered. She is a widow and with no source of income. She had to beg others to get her treated. What is the use of taking such health insurance which is famous for declining claims. Some day you will be in her shoes and it is going to hurt you very bad.

                    I have taken insurance policy for rs 5 00 000.00, before issuing policy they
                    Have conducted pre medical test and after being satisfied with the findings
                    They have issued policy, by eliminating claim to prostrate and any related claims. I was hospitalized at hyderabad at sri sri holistic mr mr19022081 and admitted on 07.09.2019 and discharged on 08.09.2019 with complaint of shortness of breath associated with sweatings since 1 day, chest discomfort since 07.09.2019. I have claimed rs. 21100.00 which later disallowed on the ground that i have not produced 1. All prescriptions of joint pain since 30 years, though i have complied other two items.

                    On 02.07.2018 i consulted dr. M. Shankar rao, orthopedic for knee pain at right leg, he prescribed some tablets, after its use i was relieved from the pain and i also forget it. Now the insurance company claimed that i did not disclose the fact of pain in the right leg at the time of pre medical test. The insurance company apollo munich disallowed the claim on the ground that i am suffering from ostio arthiritis, without seeing the patient, without conducting any laboratory tests
                    The action of the insurance company shows that they want to evade the claim with some pleas, which was not new to them since i have seen so many consumer cases against the company for such of their acts.
                    Will you please settle the matter basing on natural justice.

                          We have purchased policy with full payment and not received full amount as refund

                          Hence before proceeding for insurance policy we have explained all diseases to the insurance company representative and give all the information about the person but still you confirm that it will proceed the insurance policy and that really doesn't matter and ask to process for medical tests and the representative give the particular policy which is cover sugar and bp problem.

                          After policy purchase and medical tests you have rejected the policy by your end saying that the person having high sugar and it will not be processed for insurance

                          And you refund the amount

                          In the case if any policy rejected by your end you should refund the full amount

                          So why we bear the amount which you have not return

                          Please explain why you not able to refund full amount.

                            My name - r thilagavathi. I have taken health insurance policy for rs500000/- policy no.120100/12001/2016/a005425/pe00199236 on 30.03.2016. Renewal premium debited for the year 2017 also during march2017. During 2018, premium debited from my account with in 30days from the date of the duedate. I. E. During april 2018. But the premium again recredited to my sb account during june 2018. I have informed the agent, bank about this. But nobody have given me any valid reply. But the agent told me to remit the premium for the year 2018, so that the coverge willbe given from the starting period. With his promise, again i have remitted premium during november 2018. Along with me, i have taken 2 other policies for my husband and son also, each for rs.500000/-. But to my utter dismay, back date coverage was not given for my policy. I have tried several times. But my problem not solved. Your company representative replied very rudely. So i want to discontinue all the 3 policies from your company. My a/c should not be debited towards premium for this year.

                            I have received intimation that premium will be debited from my account on 14.11.2019.As I have informed you already because of non coverage of my policy from the back date, I don't want to continue you with your company. When I contacted the Canara Bank officials regarding this, they have told me not to keep sufficient balance in my account. Very lethargic way of dealing the complaints. Very very poor service. Till date I have not received solid reply from your end. I want to escalate the matter to your next officials. Let me inform their contact number.

                              On 8 august 2019 i applied for a health insurance policy with apollo munich through my axis bank account. After several phone calls i was rejected for the policy but no refund given despite several visits to the bank to enquire for the same.
                              On 16 october i posted on social media in desperation and received assurance within 20 minutes the matter would be looked into and referred back by 23 october latest.
                              It is now past close of business 23 october and still no word from them or even a reply to my email.
                              They have every right to refuse me for insurance, i have no issue with that. They have no right to keep my money; that is theft!! I am a single parent and 12k is a lot of money to me. Meanwhile i am uninsured and unable to purchase a policy with a more reputable organisation until i get my refund.

                                I talked to the branch manager, he suggest me to resign first than it will transfer to jmd branch than i resigned
                                But when i applied for new agency code, it again issue to sec 14 gurgaon branch
                                I requested so many times to branch head but they did not support me

                                  I have been your customer for more than 3 yrs. I never took any claim or never had a complaint with you or never even called customer service in these years. But from last more than 1 month i am continuously calling you, emailing you, sending complaints through health jinn app etc... But not getting any response except the auto generated emails. I filed a claim for pre - hospitalisation expenses on 19/7/2019 for around re.5300 for my son. He was admitted in hospital with thyphoid fever. I uploaded all the original documents on health jinn app (As requested) and later on sent 2 couriers with all the original documents & cancelled cheque also. I shared both the tracking numbers also and your team acknowledged that they have received the documents. Everytime i called your customer care they says that “we are registering your complaint and will revert back to you in 48 hrs” which never comes. No one bothered to call me or email me in last 1 month to reply what is going on. I am highly disappointed with your services as i never expected a big company like apollo munich doesn’t bother about its customers.

                                  Not expecting, lost hope now.. Still waiting if anyone can help me in getting the reimbursement amount for the expenses.

After few days, they sent a new proposal to pay additional amount of rs. 2, 706.00. I rejected it and asked them to cancel my application during telecon. But they have still not returned my money re. 18, 176.72. Please help me to get back my money...

                                    I request to provide soft copy of my policy but still not getting.
                                    So tell me how you will resolve the complex customer query.

                                    This is very frustrating. So I am requesting to other customer to think many time while purchasing the policy.
