I was associated with apollo munich health insurance co. as a insurance advisor in 2014 co. blacklist me on irda portal in 2018 saying that there is high claim ratio in your agency. I did nothing wrong with co. still they blacklist me I asked them to give me some time so that I can manage these things but they ignored it.
Now I want to remoove my name as blacklist...

My policy no is pe01466644 and my premium was to be autodebited from my bandhan bank account but since it was not auto debited i got a message from vk-hdfchi that appolo munich has requuested payment of xrs.5754 and a link of razor pay but it has been now 3 months my renewal process has not been done....

On 7/04/2020 i have raised a claim with claim id 1324800/1 as it was regarding dengue and flue and company have rejected this claim with a silly reason that is for illness which has a specific 2 years of waiting time and policy start date is 27 sep 2018....

On 8 august 2019 i applied for a health insurance policy with apollo munich through my axis bank account. After several phone calls i was rejected for the policy but no refund given despite several visits to the bank to enquire for the same.
