[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Wrong entry of my car details in my car policy | |||||
I got hard copy of my car policy from HDFC on 14.12.2016 which was done through policy bazaar, my car is Ford Figo 1.4 ZXI model where as in my policy you have written CHAVERLET, similarly engine No. chessis No. date of manufacture city name written is wrong. I requested several time in three month to rectify the same and issue fresh hard copy. But, till date I have not got it. once again I request you rectify my veh details correctly and re issue my policy immediately. it is your clerical mistake (copy and Paste). while filling up of renewal form, I filled correctly on with out inspection clause. then, now why inspection is needed for making correction?? I sent scanned copy my car RC book also. I was waited for three days for inspection of my car on HDFC call date on 20.02.2016 but no one has come for inspection. now I don't have time to present during your next inspection so, I request you it is your mistake and issue rectified copy of policy.
