Policy Bazaar — wrong information provided while selling the policy | |
Dear team, I bought a health insurance policy through policy bazaar. While selling the policy, the agent mr aman goyal kept calling me from his personal number and gave me false information. He said that while claiming the policy i can take the benefit of 5+5l. He stated that if the first 5l is utilized for one disease then another 5l can be utilized for some different disease for same person or same disease for different person covered under this policy. When i escalated the issue, mr pankaj sharma and mr varun batra called me to negotiate. Mr varun batra questioned me whether i have any recording for the same. To my surprise, they dont have any recording of my conversation with their agent. They found one recording of payment. I want to understand, if the recording of initial calls is not available then how could they find the recording payment call. Really disgusting. Now they are asking me to pay extra for this benefit which should have been included in the policy. Policy no[protected] The policy is from hdfc ergo. Policy bazaar is a fraud company wherein they are not bothered about customer. Was this information helpful? | |
