Policy Bazaar — wrong no claim bonus calculated and now not correcting it.

I have renewed my car insurance policy using policy bazaar website. But my last year no claim bonus was provided 50% intead of 45 %. On same day of renewal of policy i have raised request to cahnge my no claim bonus and charge me extra 5%. Policy bazaar representative assured me and ask me to wait for 10 days. Now four times they extended their dates (6 jan, 11 jan, 16 jan and now 21 jan) no sloution is done yet, only thing and i am getting is a new date. They are not correcting ncb at all in my insurance policy.

They sold me policy of other amount but sent me bond documents of half sum assured. and now they don't even reply me.
