My name is abhijit on 14th july i have purchased max life insurance cancer care term insurance plan through policy bazaar. Before booking this plan there executive tushar choudhary called me lot helped me too many time for feel up the form but after receiving payment from my end they have stopped communicating with me after 14 th i have waited for 4-5 days for policy documents after that again i have contacted them regarding my policy status & documentation but they are not responding proper way every time they were connecting me from one department to other & ultimately spending my valuable time now it's almost 22 days over still i am in wait for policy no respond from policy bazaar every time when i am doing phone call they are taking plenty minuts for useless discussion but result is zero. Today i told them to withdraw my policy and give back my refund on that also they told me that they cant do that Was this information helpful? | |
