[Resolved] Policybazaar — correction not made in application even after 18 days | |||
I bought a pnbmetlife policy for my wife on 13th jan 2018. But policy bazar sales agent wrongly updated mr. I/o mrs before my wife's name. He put dob wrong as well. As gender mentioned wrong in application; now i cant nominate myself as a nominee as relationship 'husband' is not showing in nominee detail feild. I am escalating the same since then but all in vein. My proposal form is still pending due to this and still i am not getting any positive response from policybazar team by now. Its really annoying now. These people are using my hard earned money without my consent. Was this information helpful? | |||
