Hi team, I want to make complaint against policybazar as i have cancelled my religare health insurance policy but religare team is not returning my amount and policybazar is also following the same path of religare. I have taken this policy from policybazar and after my request they religare has cancelled that policy#11815921. Initially religare team was saying that we have not received any amount from your end but when i shared my bank statement they sent mail, in that mail they have mentioned that we have already refunded your amount as shown in your statement (The statement was related with emi conversion) now every month i am paying my emi amount for my cancelled policy and my bank executive is saying that we can't cancel it until we have not received any refund amount from religare or policybazar.
