Policybazaar — I didn't get my insurance

It's been 1 month when i did vehicle policy from your website. Your website shows "sorry transaction failed" but money has been deducted from my account. Even i did complaint on your what's app complaint but no message received except one that they pass on my concern.
I was actually doing vehicle insurance from your site.. Everything was good but at the time of payment... I went ahead with the process but your site showed me sorry traction has been failed.. But i received a msg from my sbi a/c ("thank you for using your sbi debit card 519xx1685 for a purchase worth rs1646.0 on pos [protected] at policybazaar insurance txn# 950039.")
And still i am without policy..
