My name is fahad abbasi and i have renewed my religare policy with booking id 52544350 and application number 10871497 on 24th of october. I was informed that i will get the soft copy of my policy within 2 days of the renewal and the hard copy within 5-7 days. I am trying to coordinate for the same since 27th october 2017 but i am not getting the soft copy of my policy or any satisfactory answer. The executive on 27th october told me that he/she will arrange a call back for me within half an hour but i didn't got a call from their side. I again called the help line but my call was transferred from one to another and later on disconnected after a long hold. Today i again called to which mr. Pawan preet singh with employee id bpw05601 told me that he has arranged a call back and i will get a call within 10-15 minutes but neither any call nor any information came. Its been 7 days that the payment has been done and no policy has been dispatched by policy bazaar and also they are least bothered to answer my queries as they are just transferring my calls from one department to another.
