Hi,

My name is nimisha nandakumar. I also paid 22000 rupees to polinsys which was really useless. I have provided all documents. I wanted to migrate to australia and in my agreement also its there. They doesn't respond to call or even have any service for us. They just gave all false promises and all money are wasted. Am really disappointed, went to their office twice to speak regarding this. There was no response. They finally told to sent updated resumes and told it will be evaluated. Now its 4 months after that. I didn't get any response. I just need my money back. They says they will talk to manager and contact. I am really helpless. We give money with all big dreams but this kind things happen. Please try to get back my refund. I shall upload all the forex bills, agreement and all document. Please help.

Polinsys Overseas Career Specialist Customer Care's response Sorry to hear about this complaint. Ms Nimisha paid the fee for evaluation of $295, she signed a contract that the fee was non-refundable. She was told about the need for IELTS scores and a good one too. After using our services for preparing for Canada, the reasons we are aware about her not wanting to pursue is 1) Interested in migrating to Australia 2) Medical reasons. This complaint is against the very fabric of the contract and the understanding with the client.

I have filed a case on consumer court agaist them. They do not value your time and money. They dont even evaluate your profile and will ask you to pay and make you start the process. After you do everything, wes, ielts then they even ask you to submit your spouse and kids passport then only you come to know.
