Pooja Electronics — Used Canon Lens sold as new product

I have order the product online on 08.02.2023 and i have received the product on 13.02.2023. On the same day with in few minute of delivery i have informed the customer care that i have received a used product having fungus and scratches inside lens. I asked for refund since i don't want to believe on such kind of companies but the customer care people convinced me saying that replacement product will be dispatched immediately on pick up of product is completed.

Today on 15.02.2023 after completing the pick up when i contacted customer care they are telling i need to wait for few more days since they have to arrange it. I want to proceed with refund and they are not even letting me know the procedure for it.

We were in touch with the customer from the day we received the order.
We informed the customer that Lens was not ready in stock and will take some time to deliver the product, which is why it took a long time to deliver the product.
We are very apologies that the lens which customer received was damaged having some scratches on the lens,
We imminently apologize to the customer and arrange the return pickup for the same.
The customer was asking for the Refund but as per the policy we have to replace the product.
The customer was not ready to wait so we told the customer that we will send the replacement lens imminently once the return pickup was done.
And we ordered the lens from the dealer but it was taking time because of the transistor.
The customer was not ready to wait for 1-2 days.
We also inform the customer that we will refund the whole amount once we receive the damaged lens.
But the customer is not ready to wait.
Our representative has already spoken to the customer about the above-mentioned points.
