Poor Service — Only a single service center in Bihar

My name is Pratuish kumar and i am from Darbhanga Bihar..I am using redmi 2 prime and redmi note 3 mobile...my redmi 2 prime mobile was suddenly dead on 3rd of September... When i Searched about the Mi service center on Google it shows there is only a single service center which is in Patna...Distance of Patna is about 130 km from my home and takes 4-5 hrs to reach there...but only for my Mobile i have reached there...but when i get in in the service center i saw there is to much crowd are present there in a long row with their mobile phones and token in their hand...when i got the token sw 2nd number is 186...it takes almost 5 hours to reach to the cqonuter.;and when i reached there i and gave my mobile to the Staff he checked my mobile and told me it takes 1 month to repair my Mobile...
now u told me if such type poor service ur company provides then why should i go with your company and why i suggested my friends to go with it...
