I was student of poornima college of engineering, jaipur which is affiliated from rajasthan technical university, kota. I completed my graduation From btech in 2019. I sent all my documents to rajasthan technical university kota for mothers name correction on 6 feb 2020, college staff told me that these documents will arrive on 1 or 2 months in college . Then lockdown happened, no connection with college possible, after lifting the restrictions i contact to my college for my documents, they told me that my documents are not received yet, then i contact rtu, kota. They told me that these documents were dispatched on 14 mar 2020 to poornima college. My college told that these documents were not received by them, rtu kota told that they dispatched these documents, and documents are not here also. Months and months i visited every nearby post office, i contact every india post staff, i emailed them but my problem is not solved. So in last i put an rti against india post and complain to pg portal . Both replied me that my documents are delivered to poornima college of engineering on 16 mar 2020 (below the attachment of rti and india post reply) . Sir poornima college of engineering lied to me about my documents, , he told me that he will again search my documents in college.after some days later he called me and said we can not find your documents and we need proof from india post that your documents are delivered here. so for them rti and pg portal reply is not enough, first they lied to me and now they are making excuses and excuses for not returning my documents, i know they lost my documents, i demand atleast money from them for making duplicate marksheet.
