Popy Umbrella Mart — Complaint Regarding Damaged Umbrella Request for Replaceme

Am writing to bring to your attention an issue with a Popy umbrella I recently purchased. Despite being only one week old, the umbrella has already been damaged/destroyed during normal usage. This is highly disappointing, especially considering Popy’s reputation for quality and durability.
