Portea — very poor post pregnancy service

I had availed 24 hours post pregnancy care from portea... The only reason being they had a tie up with cloud nine hospital.

Initially the first 10 days was a difficult task to get in touch with the co ordinators to discuss my concerns about the attended (Janaki) sent to home for help due to there personal emergencies and only after 10 days i was able to actually discuss and sit one on one with them and raise my issues they did offer me another replacement and did speak to janaki about why she was not attending us to the standards required.
I strongly do not recommend janaki (Supposedly most experienced person) for new borns as she finds it extremely hard handle the newnborn let it be from carrying, burping, pacifying, or changing or giving bath.
I truly feel 24hrs does not suit her as she finds it extremely hard to wake up at night to attend child needs. Due to that i had to look after the child all night while she slept all night and literally all afternoon and evening so the whole purpose of having a helping hand was defeated...
I personally suggest portea to reevaluate the people working and testing their skills before sending them. Unfortunately i had a very disappointing experience with portea.
