Porter — Booking amount not refunded, no porter came, but showing, shifting completed

I booked a movers and packers order from the Porter app, they asked for a booking amount of Rs. 100. I paid it, and my booking was done. I was assigned a porter, who was reluctant to come on time, and delayed the most. Inspite of that they did not pick up calls, and was held up at one spot. later they did not arrive at all, and we had to do another arrangement alternative to the app order. In frustration, we were compelled to pay extra for our packing and moving charges. when i called the customer service, they were constantly apologizing to me, and was giving me different numbers through which i was not able to reach the actual customer care personnel. ill then, no customer service was available to help me out. when i finally spoke to the customer support, they said that the booking amount will be refunded, but will take some time.
still now, there have been no update on my booking amount getting refunded. adding to the harassment that i have faced, they have themselves decided to put the status as "SHIFTING COMPLETE" so as to avoid refunding me the booking amount. this is scam.
