Porter — Did not receive any refund from Porter for my lost parcel

I shipped my stuff beCAuse I shifted from Jaipur to Kolkata. I shipped around 10 boxes through Porter. They charged me a total of around 20-25k. There was a parcel with AWB no: [protected] which did not reach me for a month. Porter said the parcel returned to origin but the contact number written was fake. Then they said they had Aadhar details of the parcel delivered and asked me to wait another 72 hours. Everyday I called but no update. After 2 weeks they informed my parcel is lost. Then they asked me to provide GST invoice of my items of a refund of only 5k. Although my items were much more. I told them I definitely do not have GST invoice for all my personal stuff but they told me it is necessary for refund. I did mail them GST invoices of the ones I had within the time frame they mentioned. Then after 2 weeks they called me during my working hours, I couldn't pick up. Called them back but their representative had no clue about it. Again they called me during my working hours twice. Whenever I called them back, they are clueless. Still neither have I received any refund amount, nor any shipping refund literally nothing. I want a refund of at least 25k INR for the loss and also the harassment I am facing for months.
