Porter took my whole house and has not returned it.Order PNM87664413
Not one parcel. Not one suitcase. My bed, my mattress, my washing machine, my dishwasher, my desk, my kitchen of brass and bronze, five hundred books, my Pooja things, my degrees, my FD certificates. Everything I own. ₹20 lakh or more.
Three years. Not one thing back.
And then imagine being told by Porter: you cannot see your own belongings.
They threatened to sell it. They quoted ₹1, 28, 100 in writing to deliver it. Then they said it was "disposed of."
If someone steals your phone, you go to the police.
What do you call it when a company takes an entire home worth ₹20 lakh, refuses to let its owner see it, threatens to sell it, quotes a price to deliver it, and then says it's "disposed of"?
Where did it go? Who authorised it? When? Was it sold? To whom? For how much? Where are the records?
And most of all: WHERE ARE MY BELONGINGS?
A company cannot simply take custody of an entire consumer's home, keep it beyond her reach, and then make the contents disappear without being held accountable for every single item.
