Posaakh — fake product and rude reply

Delivered the fake product and also took extra money while delivery and
When passed the information to posaakh they were extremely rude and inconsiderate and even refused refund and not responding to calls. We have screenshots to prove the language they had used while communicating
I ordered a yellow and pink ghagra online through posaakh. On 04-dec-2018, i received the ghagra through fedex but the product was completely different. The color was yellow and red. The material was claimed to be net with sequin work, but it only embroidery on low quality net
They sell the dresses with attractive pictures and claim to sell the same.
