company name is naaptol. I ordered bajaj dx12 iron on 4rd of April 2013 and on 13th April 2013 i got the product but it was damaged. i submit the complaint for free replacement of bajaj dx12 iron.When I call the customer care they gave me foul reasons please register my complaint. and take a action against company. customer name- Yatin S Ganpule order no.- 6255032 product name- bajaj dx12 iron. prize of product- 743/- (with shipping charges) Was this information helpful? | |||

If you have the Invoice of the ordered product, then send a written Notice to Naaptol regarding the replacement and demand for compensation, etc. Give them 15 days to respond. If they didn't respond then you can go to Consumer Court, located at Oros, Main Admin Building and file a case against Naaptol.
Serving notice will solve your problem, you might not need to file case, as per my experience. Hope this will solve your problem.
