Postal Life Insurance — Conversion from 1275 rs to 2675/-

G udayabhasker policy no ap-227131-cs, date of acceptance 31/3/2005, after 5 years converted to whole to year 2026, premium amount 2675 paying after convertion, but online not getting, from last i have given the application & xerox copies of my policy to khairtabad post office, hyderabad, they mailed on 09/01/2016, but still iam not able get online, present amount not colleting any post office what can do to pay the premium, iam not pay from may 2017, please solve my problem, my mobile no.
