Sir, I am subscribing to the PLI Policy (Sumangal) No. AP AEA 388329 R and the date of commencement of the Policy is 22nd November 2009. The sum assured is Rs.500000 laks and monthly premium is Rs.3475/- recovery is through my salary .
My first survival benefit due on November 2015 to claim the first survival benefit the Original Policy along with Salary recovery statement is submitted to GUNTAKAL HEAD POST MASTER in his office and taken acknowledgement.
Though it is completed more than three months the first survival benefit is not relieved so far. And they are telling that the policy is not updated and waiting for head office instruction.
It is surprise to know that the Policy is running since 2009 and no PLI official either checked or monitor the policy . And only they will check the policy when the customer claims from them. If the salary recovery is not monitered and unable to monitor by them why the accepted the policy .
It is very sad to say that though it is submitted three months back no PLI official is interested in settling the case. Now it is creating mental tension by thinking the feature of the policy which is maintained by these officials who are unable to update a policy which is started on 2009.
It is request to settle the case early to avoid further legal action agains the Department of the post who is maintaining these PLI Policies they should immediatly provide the phone messages to the policy holders about the due date of Premium and premium recieved message.
Submitting for necessary action in updating the policies and early settling the case. If a problem is not solved here a case may filed against the Depeartmet of the Post for paying Survival benefits. Was this information helpful? |
