Postal Life Insurance — Delay in payment of surrender value of pli policies since april 2015

i hd applied for payment of surrender value of pli policy no jk-38020-cs &jk38982-b &37429-cs in april 2015but i did not recieve any amnt till date . i had also made online complaint & have recieved their comlpint no "[protected] & [protected] but no one is responding if nothing is done in seven days i will get justice from consumer court.i had contacted postmaster bandipore & pli icharge at baramulla j&k but they are giving a deaf ear to my request .i also contacted dgm pli jammu who assured me for doing the needfu within half an hour but till date nothing is done nor he attends my calls.
