Postal Life Insurance — Insurance testimonials | |||||
I am sub lieutenant Kishore Bhatt, Indian Navy. I was undergoing my basic naval training in Ezhimala, Kerala when one agent from the postal life insurance came to the Indian naval academy in April or May 2015. I opted for one of the policy but I have not received the policy bond or any document related to the policy till now and every month around 5100 rupees are deducted from my salary account. I tried to call the customer care but no one receives the call. I only have my policy number ( APS[protected]N.) which I received after sending around twenty emails to the Director APS PLI on this email id [protected]@armypost.nic.in, I also went to the post office for enquiry but they told me that your policy have not been updated online. I received an email from the Director APS PLI on 20 July 2015 that my complaint have been forwarded to the concerned section for the settlement but he did not provide me any details or contact number to get updates regarding the matter even after asking him about it. sir please look into the matter as I don't get enough time as I have a busy schedule and hardly any holidays so that I could personally go and try to solve this problem.
