I'm policy holder of pli and i have lost my pass book of premium, so the postman is not ready to accept my amount of premium, i couldn't pay my premium from february 2017 to this month. One of my policy is going to mature in month of september 2017. So please guide me to fill the amount of my premium and get duplicate pass book my policy numbers are
R - mh - ea - - 951998
And
Mh - 330752 - cs
So plz kindly help me.
