I have two nos pli bearing nos. Up-217029-cs & up-294575-cc. I am paying the premium of both the plis through online, but premium receipt are not receiving through e-mail, and not receiving intimation of premium payment due on my mobile no.

Please look into the matter and solve the issue regarding not receiving of premium receipt through e-mail.

My husband' death claim form with all necessary documents are submitted on 25th April 2017. Till today no information about settlement. When we are asking, they said after sending a letter by head office to you, you bring that letter we settle your amount.
