Postal Life Insurance — Non refund of PLI policy maturity claim.

Respected sir, I am Ex-Army personal. I have PLI Policy No APS-NM-80469-L which is matured on 30/11/2014 & last premium Jun 2014, after my retirement (March 2009) I had transferred my policy to Mumbai circle and paid premium in GPO Ahmednagar upto Jun 2014. I was submitted original policy Certificate and premium paid book for maturity claim in GPO Ahmednagar on 08/05/2014. But till date there is no refunded maturity claim Amount to me by post office. So I requested you please do needful in this matter.
