Postal Life Insurance — not received bond till

I opened 1200000 lacks policy, i paid first premium amount 5204 is on[protected], but till now am not received bond. Please help me

No one can not correct reply, we are very worry for this issue please clarify my problem.
We are open for pli am a govt employee so i opened pli on[protected] with 1200000 policy i paid 5204, but till i can't receive bond and book, now agent is tell to pay other 2 months premium pay. We how to pay premium without bond and book? Please help me
