[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance — online premium did not deposited but my account has been debited

H HACK ALL games from Ludhiana, Punjab

I have paid rs. 3630 towards premium of my pli pb-156769-cs on 23/02/2018 for the period 1/2/2018 to 28/2/2018. The payment was successful but the payment receipt no. And the total amount shown was without taxes. More than 10 days have passed but still it has not been updated. Not only this now it shows that i have not paid the premium of february 2018 by now. The above policy have been received video your letter no 178564/501/gref/me dated 15 Jan2018 due to not payment please explain reason Opening this policy on the year 2003 but the same misplaced during delivery time once I approched to nearest FPO during I was posted at 706 MSS received duplicate policy
