Dear sir/madam,
I have been paying my policy premium online for the past 5 months. Unfortunately this month when I paid the premium online, money got deducted from my account but its not reflecting in the PLI portal. In Payment History tab, it is showing as success but in Pay Premium page it is asking me to pay the premium again. Also I didn't receive confirmation message from DOPPLI. I checked with the bank. They told me payment was successful.
Below are my policy details. Could you please check and let me know the status of the payment? Also please let me know when I will get the money back if the payment is not successful.
