A copy of post office letter attached for your ready reference (copy attached)

2. However, after 2 months still final settlement does not carried out till date by your office .

3. You are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action for issue a copy of settlement of the above policy for helping serving soldier

    1. I have PLI Policy number APS-391368-L name of Shankar Guggari . It is due for maturity in 23 Oct 2023 and I am submitted final documents and supporting documents on 20 Nov 2023 at my nearest Post Office Sankeshwar (591313) for final settlement .

    2. However, after 2 months final settlement does not carry out by post office till date, online status shown as no claim document process this policy. A copy of post office letter attached for your ready ref (copy att)

    3. You are requested to look into the matter and grant early settlement of this policy amount to serving soldier.

            My policy no- UA-54807-CC, I am facing problem for login in pli account where i am entered correct credentials it shows wrong customer ID and password after then click forget password and fill such credential, password reset link not getting to my respective mail.

              Sir my Policy no APS[protected]A is in static condition from Dec 2016. While arrear of premium had been paid by me from Dec 2016 to Jun 2018 in the month of june 2018 (also reflected in my payslip) and after jun 2018 pli premium was being deducted monthly til this date but after checking in post office it is showing lapse from dec 2016.
              AFCAO my accounting unit has confirmed for deduction & submission of premium from my salary to PLI

                  Dear sir, I Army No[protected]L, Hav Narayan Prusty of Army medical corps opened a PLI Policy for your kind institution. My PLI Policy APS933104-L wef 22Apr2009. Now my PLI Policy has already been matured on 03May2023. I surrender my PLI Policy at GPO Bhubaneswar 751001 on 10May2023 receipt attached. The Head Postmaster GPO Bhubaneswar told that amount has not yet been updated since Apr2015 to Apr2023. My salary slips shows that has already been deducted

                    I, Hiren Kumar Vyas would like to raise my concerned towards the unprofessional and unethical behavior of the Department of Postal Life Insurance, Competent Authority has rejected the claim for suppression of pre-existing medical history. I would like to appeal this decision on the grounds that it is unfair and unjust.

                    At the initial stage, the payment to above policies was refused on the ground of suppression of medical history of my wife who expired on 30/10/2022. I have represented against the decision vide letter dated 22.04.2023 copy enclosed. It was said that the decision was premature as it was taken one sided without issue of show cause notice to either party. Even the decision was uphold by you stating that claimant was suffering from Cancer but before a decision was taken, no show cause notice issued. The mandatory provisions of law are violated. However, I am representing against your one sided decision without offering an opportunity to representation as under.

                    With due respect, I am to state that I have taken above policies on 11/01/2021. My wife expired due to CARDIAC ATTACK while her treatment Cancer was on, is a fact of paper which I submitted to Postal department. Postal department decision to regret the claim amount with pre-belief that she was suffering from Cancer on the date of taking policy. You have to show cause me with paper proof that she was suffering from Cancer on the date of taking policies. You have to prove on paper of her suffering from Cancer on the date of taking policies i.e on 11/01/2021.

                    I am to say that she was keeping not well in the first week of April 2021 and our family physician directed us to have through body check up on suspicion of suffering from Cancer. Before arriving to the conclusion, She was undergone kemo treatment in the month of May 2021. She was then diagnosed as suffering from Cancer on 17/06/2021. Her treatment started then. She was admitted to hospital on 23/09/2022 and after prolonged treatment she succumbed to her injuries due to CARDIAC ATTACK on 30/10/2022 while the treatment of cancer was on. I have submitted all papers of her treatment to the postal department.

                    It is wrong on Postal Department part to assume that she was suffering from Cancer on the date of applying policies on 11/01/2021. She was well while taking policies and cancer was detected after wards. We have correctly given Data while taking above policies and have not suppressed her medical history at all.

                    In view of what has been stated above, it is crystal clear that we have approached with clean hands and have not suppressed her medical history.

                    Refer : Complaint Registration Number : DPG/P/2023/80610. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the unfair handling of my late wife's Postal Life Insurance (PLI) and Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI) death claim, as well as allegations of bribery in relation to this case. This matter was previously brought to your attention under complaint No DPG P[protected].
                    The claims in question pertain to the policies of the Late Mrs. Heena Hiren Kumar Vyas, with Policy No[protected]PLI) and Policy No[protected]RPLI). Despite your department's decision on this matter, which should have led to the prompt release of the claimed amount, it has come to my attention that no such payment has been made.
                    This delay in the release of the insurance amount is not only causing immense financial strain but also raises serious concerns about the transparency and fairness of the Department of Post's operations. Furthermore, the allegations of bribery in connection with this case are deeply troubling and warrant a thorough investigation.
                    I kindly request that you immediately look into this matter and ensure that the rightful insurance claim amount is released without any further delay. Additionally, it is imperative that a thorough investigation is conducted to address the allegations of bribery and to hold any individuals involved accountable for their actions.
                    I have full faith in the integrity of the Department of Post and believe that this issue can be resolved promptly and fairly. I look forward to your prompt response and actions taken to rectify this situation.
                    Please consider this communication as a formal request to expedite the resolution of this matter and to uphold the principles of justice and transparency in the process.

                        I am a Assam Rifles personnel and had opened a PLI in the year 2001 vide policy no APS-303280-C while posted with HQ Mizoram Range Assam Rifles. Monthly subscription @ Rs 550/- had continue paid through my salary by PAO ASSAM RIFLES SHILLONG upto 30 Sep 2022. However, during the month of October 2022 there was some issues with ARMY POSTAL SERVICE hence payment of monthly premium towards all PLI POLICIES were discontinued. In the mean while I am now posted to 13 SRG, NSG, and paid salary through CRO ACCOUNTS NSG. But my subscription towards the policy was not continued by them due to their policy constraints. In order to hassle fee continue my policy I had approached your office PLI DTE CHANKYAPURI, NEW DELHI vide letter No AR/362372/Gen/Pers/2023/1020 dated 08 May 2023 to transfer my policy to my native place HARCHAKINA, DIST KANGRA, HIMACHAL PRADESH- 176210, but no response received till date. May I once again requested you to please transfer my policy to above named civil post office at the earliest. I am ready to pay the all the pending installments with interest as deemed fit by your department. May I also request you to kind give me a confirmation to this effects on my mobile number [protected] and mail id [protected]@gmail.com to make necessary liaison with my civil post office

                          With reference to the policy number[protected]
                          I would like to inform you that i have done payment of monthly subscription for May 2023 month, which was Rs 14672.
                          But, when i look my pli profile i found that in payment column, there is still showing payment of 01/05/2023 to 31/05/2023 is due.
                          I contacted with sbi customer care, they informed me that payment was succesful.
                          Please look into this matter and do the needful.

                            Today I registered with the post office and got my customer id and generated, got a mail to create password, and I did the same. However whene use my customer id and password it says "invalid customer id and password".

                            I tried

                            1. Using forget password and create new password
                            2. Tried in my phone

                            Nothing seems to work. Kindly help

                                I have forgotten my PLI password and since last 2 months my account has been locked. I have been asked to reset a new password by clicking on the link sent to my registered email number. But despite repeated attempts I have yet to receive any mail from postal department. Kindly resolve this issue as early as possible because it's causing a big problem in my monthly online premium payment.

                                      My name is Farooq Ahmad Magray. I have submitted documents along with Premium of Rs 826/- for PLI Policy of 2 lakhs 02 months ago through Agent Bashir Ahmad at Post office Kunzer, Tangmarg. But till date the Policy Bond and message not received from Post office regarding approval of policy. I already talking to Agent and Post office Kunzer so many times, but no action was taken regarding approval of my policy. It is requested to pl solve my problem and issue a policy bond and policy number at the earliest under intimation to my favour.

                                        The policy matured on Nov, 2022 and I had personally submitted all relevant documents at Beleghata PO, Kolkata on 21st Nov, 2022. I was assured of receiving payment in a month. It has been 4 months and I have visited their office 4 times but I am yet to receive money that rightfully belongs to me. They misguided me that my documents are required to be sent to Madhya Pradesh as policy is not online. But officials from MP confirmed that as it is a CASH policy, no need to send to MP. They also confirmed that they had never received any maturity document from Beleghata. All mail communications are available with me.
                                        Now I want my money with due interest and also the fine for undue harrasment I have been meted out.
