    Hi, I have 2 PLIs and I'm using DoP mobile banking app for making transactions. I would like to download e-statement and hence I tried to generate customer Id on PLI portal but keep getting not able to register error. How do I proceed.

      Postal life insurance id no 71002568 locked due to server problem. approached authority's multiple times through mail and customer service. problem still unresolved. policy no[protected]. to unlock forget password option is there, but it is not working

              I am unable to login to PLI customer portal. Always getting the error Invalid Customer Id or Password.

              Tried re-setting the password multiple times but getting the same error.

              Please check and resolve this asap.

                  Monthly Premium not updated in PLI

                  Dear sir,
                  I had paid premium for my PLI policy No APS[protected]L on 30.09.2022 through pay recovery. Premium amount was debited from my account but the same was not credited into my PLI policy.

                  Hence I kindly request your good self to do the needful to credit the amount in PLI policy at the earliest.

                  I registered with the post office and got my customer id and generated password however recently whenever I use my customer id and password it says "invalid customer id and password".

                  I tried

                  1. Using forget password and create new password
                  2. i used forget customer id and got customer id just to verify its the right one
                  3. Using 2 laptops
                  4. I used 2 different mobiles

                  But it doesn't let me login in to my PLI policy something is wrong on your side.

                  Please can you help and resolve it

                      I was suggested by one of my friends to create a PLI as i has many benefits so i have submitted request for creation of same through post office and i was informed that only the marks certificate details are sufficient for opening the account, i have also paid the opening amount but now they are asking to submit convocation certificate.

                      My convocation certificate is pending with the university and i haven't received it yet.

                      Also i have provided with my employment details along with pay slip but they are not accepting.

                      i would really like to know that if a well established MNC can provide me job based on my marksheets and i am eligible to pay ITR to Govt without convocation certificate then why cant i get an insurance without the certificate? and why was this not rejected before hand and not once i have gone through all the submission.

                      Does this mean the PLI is not applicable to the people who do not have convocation certificate.

                        I have made my postal life insurance payment rs 2607 using my credit card and an amount of rs 2638.13 debited including the convenience fee for the same on 6th October 2022.But the amount not credited to my pli with policy number[protected].Credit card customer care center told that the transaction was successfull. Again on 10th of October 2022 I have paid the same again using upi transfer and the same got reflected on pli on the same day itself... Hence I request you to reverse the amount 2607 which was debited on 06/10/2022

                                    I'm unable to login the PLI portal and getting the error invalid customer id/password. Logging into the portal is the main thing and here I'm blocked.I don't know what you people are really doing. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
