Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Amount deducted but PLI premium is not updated

Sir my name is Nitu. I have paid my pli premium on 6th December 2020 through online from my Pnb account by debit card 12 month of rupees 45671, but the amount was not shown in payment history. it showed as pending in payment history. Amount deducted from my account but policy payment not done in portal.. when i saw in policy summary of there is next payment date is 1/12/2020 but i already paid but receipt not receive yet

Kindly solve issue as soon as possible..
