Hi, I have paid this month PLI premium amount on 04MAY2021 through netbanking option, Amount got deducted from my bank account, but Premium status is showing as "Pending". I was thinking, it will be updated in few days, but its been 6 days now, its showing same "Pending" status only..., Money also not return to my bank account...
Money should return to my account else Premium status should show as "Success". kindly help here.
