Sir, I am Ranjumoni Ronghangpi and my PLI Policy No[protected] & I made the online payment for my PLI policy premium, for the period from 01 may 2021 to 31 may 2021 through State Bank of India credit Card on 31-may-2021. Premium Amount has been deducted from my Bank Account. But the same is not reflecting in the PLI portal. I haven't got Acknowledgement or receipt number as well. Payment status is showing as "Pending" even after doing payment. and also I got the following message
The specified request cannot be processed.

Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. either change payment status or return my money on my bank account

      Sir.
      I am R Letminthang Haokip a PLI policy holder bearing policy number[protected] had paid my premium for the month of June 2021 on 1st June 2021 through SBI internet banking amounting Rs.5266. My premium is still due for the month of June 2021 even after successful payment in online mode. Kindly do the needful and give early solution for the issue.

      Sir.
      With due respect i R LETMINTHANG HAOKIP holder of postal life insurance policy number[protected] had summited my complaint about the updation of premium payment for the month of June 2021 but so far there is no updation for the said month . The premium was paid on June 1, 2021
      The amount paid was Rs. 5266 mode of payment is through sbi internet banking .
      I therefore request the concern authority to look after the problem and resolved and update the for the month as soon as possible.
      I have attached the premium payment reciept from the bank.

        Sir, I am Haradhan Mondal and my PLI Policy No.WB-182520-CS & I made the online payment for my PLI policy premium, for the period from 01 may 2021 to 31 may 2021 through State Bank of India Debit Card on 28-may-2021. Premium Amount Rs. 1043/- (tx#[protected] has been deducted from my Bank Account. But the same is not reflecting in the premium history. On 02.06.2021 also reflected mark is pending premium.
        So, kindly see this matter and take n/a as early as possible.

          Sir,
          I have paid my PLI premium online on 28th May, 2021 for Policy No.- RJ-166429-CC having monthly premium of Rs. 3375. I have paid premium of 3 months( From March 2021 to May 2021) amounting to Rs.10, 454 through SBI NetBanking. The above mentioned amount got debited from my SBI account but the credit was not reflecting in my PLI account.
          Sir, please resolve my issue at the earliest and update my transaction upto the month of May 2021.
          I have attached the screenshot of my transaction herewith for your reference.

                    I had done an online PLI transaction today, ie 01.06.2021. Amount of Rs 2019(two thousand and nineteen only) has also been debited from my sbi account but the same is not being reflected on my PLI account. Details of my Pli account is as follows.

                        I made a payment of 5000 for my policy's partial loan payment through my HDFC Bank debit card, money got deducted from my back account it has been 4 days since I made the payment.
                        Transaction is considered successful on payment history page but loan amount is still not updated.
                        The amount is as it was before the payment..

                          Sir,
                          On 31.05.2021 Rs. 2403 and Rs. 2812 has been debited from two different BGVB account while paying thru online payment mode but the same did not credited to PLI accounts WB-238932-CS and WB-316472-CS respectively.
                          As a result till now I could not credit the premium for the month of June 2021.
                          Sir you are requested to see the matter and credit the premium into the said pli accounts.

                          My customer id is 23292719. I has made online payment of Rs. 521 on 31st May 2021. My account has been debited but the PLI account has not been credited. It shows status 99, pending.

                            My policy no is UP308189-CS and customer id is 10435161, i paid pli premium online by UPI for the month of May, 2021 on 28/05/2021 but still in the payment history chart, it is showing as "status id 99, status pending and receipt no. is NA.

                            Kindly resolve this issue asap.
