    Sir, On 15/05/2021, I made online payment of Rs 5921 towards premium of my PLI policy158830-B through Online PLI app and sbi net banking for the period 06/2021 to 05/2022.Even though the money was debited from my savings account, no receipt was generated and also the payment made is not reflected in the payment history.Please look into the matter and kindly resolve the issue.

      Sir,
      I had made Postal Life Insurance premium payment for policy no.[protected] on 06.05.2021(6th of May, 2021) for the premium period of 01.05.2021 to 31.10.2021. The payment was made through SBI net banking and the amount has been debited from my account and the payment was successful. But as of now the payment is still shown as pending in the payment history section of the PLI portal as such I am at a loss as to whether my premium payment has been accepted or not. If the payment has not been accepted then when can I get back my refund. My customer id is 70298466. I have attached the screenshot of the payment history window of PLI portal as well as my bank statement for your reference.

      Please solve the matter as soon as possible. Thank you.

        Sir, I am Kranti Pachpande and my PLI Policy No.[protected] & I made the online payment for my PLI policy premium, for the period from 01 may 2021 to 31 may 2021 through Bank of maharashtra Debit Card on 12-may-2021. Premium Amount has been deducted from my Bank Account. But the same is not reflecting in the PLI portal. I haven't got Acknowledgement or receipt number as well. Payment status is showing as "Pending" even after doing payment....

        I am T THANNGOULEN HAOKIP a PLI policy holder bearing policy no[protected] had paid my premium for the month of May 2021 on 1st May 2021 through SBI internet banking amounting rs 3412 . Premium is still due for the month of May 2021 even after succesful payment in online mode . Kindly do the needful and give early solution for this issue.

          Hi, I have paid this month PLI premium amount on 04MAY2021 through netbanking option, Amount got deducted from my bank account, but Premium status is showing as "Pending". I was thinking, it will be updated in few days, but its been 6 days now, its showing same "Pending" status only..., Money also not return to my bank account...

          Money should return to my account else Premium status should show as "Success". kindly help here.

          Kindly anyone, letting me know, that, how can i take it forward???

          its been 14days over now, Amount also not credited back to my bank account and not showing as status as success in my PLI also,
          I didn't get any help from here. And i followed up with PLI team in a different way and resolved this issue.

            I am Satyabrata Sahoo a PLI policy holder bearing Policy no[protected] had paid my premium for the month of April and month 2021 amounting Rs. 10584 via Google pay on dtd. 03.05.2021. Although my payment was successful, but my payment status in PLI portal is showing as void. I have also checked it in Postal Mccamish application by visiting a near by post office, the same thing is shown there. Premium is due for April and May 2021, even after successful payment in online mode. This is for your information.kindly do the needful and give early solution for this issue.

                          I am SOURAV BISWAS, I have made a payment of premium of Rs. 2403 towards my postal life insurance bearing policy number[protected] via icici credit card... The amount was deducted from my side but then transaction failed and it came page cannot be displayed... After that I made the payment fresh again but that was successful... My first payment failed but amount was deducted..

                          Kindly help me in refunding that payment.

                                    Today only i got my refund in bank account. Thanks after many followup i got this. One suggestion from my side.Please expediate your resolution process so that person cant suffer more days. And atleast if person ask for status of query somebody should reply of that.
